He was fortunate he had an early start. As a precocious web developer and originally a web designer, his passion started developing websites at the early age of 13. In seventh grade, his first website was a hand coded virtual tour website developed with Windows 95's Notepad and Adobe Photoshop 5. This website was designed and developed for his computer class.

Today, Chris is an active member of the North Texas Drupal Community. He has attended and spoken at various Web Conferences across Texas. In the past, Chris has spoke at Dallas Drupal Days 2011 & 2012, Co-lead a BoF at Drupalcon Portland, spoke at Refresh Detroit events, and Arbcamp 2007. The presentation topics range from Front End Performance, to Sass, to JavaScript libraries.

His first fifteen seconds of fame included a mention in Smashing Magazine, an e-zine dedicated to spotlighting design and development trends, regarding top portfolio sites.

In his spare time, Chris likes to participate in weight lifting, photography, table tennis, cooking, yelping, watching sports and traveling with his girlfriend.

Chris currently resides in Plano, Texas.
